Welcome to DealerDock. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Overview
DealerDock provides a cloud-based sales, marketing, and inventory management platform designed for marine dealerships (“the Service”). These terms govern your use of our website at dealerdock.io and all related tools, features, and services we offer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle
- You are responsible for providing valid and up-to-date payment information
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until the balance is resolved.
6. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or input into the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant DealerDock a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are the exclusive property of DealerDock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as Boat Trader, YachtWorld, Google, and others). These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. DealerDock is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
9. AI-Powered Features
The Service includes AI-powered tools such as automated lead responses, chat agents, and review generation. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated communications before they are sent on behalf of your dealership.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealerDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DealerDock in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or DealerDock.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain Your Content for a reasonable period to allow you to retrieve it, after which it may be permanently deleted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealerDock, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
