SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by DealerDock Software (“DealerDock,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
DealerDock sends text messages to people who have opted in, about their demo request or inquiry, demo scheduling and reminders, account notifications, and customer support.
This program covers messages sent by DealerDock itself. Marine dealerships that use the DealerDock platform send messages to their own customers under their own messaging programs and terms.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on dealerdock.io and submitting your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, and you can submit any of our forms without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us (you can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL). We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive text messages from us. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages. 9. Eligibility
The program is available to U.S. mobile numbers. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
